Credit Unions

Click here to learn more about our Process Redesign for Financial Services seminar.

The business environment for credit unions is far different from what it was just a decade ago.  Low interest rates, mergers, competition from FinTech, and the emergence of millennials as a major customer segment have changed the competitive landscape.  At Orion, we realize that new technology is a vital investment but we know that winning the IT arms race is not the key to success.

Business Process Management (BPM) is an important tool to help credit unions survive and grow by fostering lifetime member relationship.  Specifically, BPM enables you to:
  • Better target and serve new and existing member segments
  • Achieve intended business results and ROI from IT initiatives
  • Design business processes that engage members and enable effective self-service
  • Use customer needs and customer experience data to drive improvement efforts
  • Reduce turnaround times for loans and other key products
  • Deliver service value that differentiates you from the competition
