Dr. Alfredo Revilak is a Senior Decision and Process Consultant with Synth Solutions, Orion’s strategic partner in Latin America, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer of Synth Solutions México.
Dr. Revilak has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial and public sectors, including positions at The World Bank, Citibank, BBV, and México’s Ministry of Treasure. He has deep expertise in the conception, deployment, and operation of Knowledge Management Systems and Decision Making for large organizations with an emphasis on procurement, acquisitions, human resources, sales, and finance areas.
Dr. Revilak has been able to translate complex business requirements to simple processes and technical solutions leveraging the transparency and operation of many organizations.
His clients include Keane Federal Systems, Pan-American Health Organization (PAHO), General Services Administration (GSA), Costena, The World Bank, HCL James Martin, National Banking and Securities Commission (México), and Bancomer S.A.
Dr. Revilak holds a Doctor in Science degree from The George Washington University and a Masters in Computer Science at the University of Arizona. He is also a fully bilingual (Spanish-English) trainer and facilitator. Dr. Revilak is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has completed advanced training in Process Analysis and Mapping and Process Measurement and Improvement.
