Kelly Feister

Kelly Feister is a seasoned process documentation and improvement professional who has experience as an internal expert at a noted Big Ten University and as a consultant for Orion Development Group.

As an internal resource, Ms. Feister documented numerous business processes in the Facilities management department with the goals of streamlining processes and capturing institutional knowledge from long-service employees. As a consultant, Kelly has helped organizations worldwide document and implement critical business processes.

With over a decade of experience in business process management, she brings expertise in process discovery, optimization, documentation and standardization to drive efficiency and operational success.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Ms. Feister had over a decade of management experience. She leads teams specializing in work management, facility asset management, preventive maintenance, emergency management support, and customer service.

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Michigan State University. She also received her certificate in Business Process Management from the Eli Broad College of Management at MSU.

Outside of work, Ms. Feister enjoys traveling to new destinations and spending quality time with her family.
