MENU Dianna Wilusz
Dianna Wilusz, President of Pendolino Group, has more than 25 years of hands-on human resources and operations management experience, including senior global leadership roles at National Semiconductor, Beceem Communications, Lam Research, and Hara.
With a focus on developing leadership capabilities in organizations and individuals, Dianna helped clients develop and deploy scalable global infrastructures directly aligned to the business strategy and financial objectives. Pendolino and Orion have collaborated to help organizations foster process-oriented cultures.
Ms. Wilusz was the key team leader for Orion’s largest process documentation project for Audi of America. She has expertise in utilizing specialized systems like ProcessPro and Nintex’s Process Manager as a living repository for process maps and work instructions.
Dianna received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Industrial Relations from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
