The Business Process Improvement Bootcamp uses a real-world case study to teach you tools and techniques needed to:

• Clarify the business results we need to achieve via process improvement
• Take a systems thinking approach to the problem/opportunity
• Leverage the best tool (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) for the task at hand
• Explore and identify the root causes that are undermining performance
• Design short-term and long-term solutions
• Define the business case for change
• Implement solutions that lower costs, increase quality, shorten service time and simplify operations
