Why Build Internal Expertise?

BPM is the most important discipline in business today.  More than just a set of performance improvement techniques (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean), it is the glue that integrates strategic initiatives, IT transformations and day-to-day operational excellence.

Don’t wait for the next IT upgrade. Don’t leave your organization overly dependent on costly external consultants. Equip your team with the skills to lead change from within.

When you build internal BPM capability, your organization can:

  • Serve more members with the same or fewer resources
  • Improve member satisfaction and agency reputation
  • Maximize the ROI from IT investments
  • Standardize best practices and onboard staff more quickly
  • Reduce administrative cost per member served
  • Optimize FTEs while raising service levels

Enroll a team of key players today or contact Orion to discuss customized training and coaching options for your organization.
